If a product bought at Morrisons fails to please we will always offer a refund or a replacement to the value of the product(s) originally purchased. Please return the product to your nearest Morrisons store, along with your receipt and any packaging. Please note that under some circumstances we are not able to accept certain products back, see below for more detailed information.
Music videos, DVDs & computer games
If no proof of purchase is available we will either give an exact replacement or refund the cost of the product in the form of Morrisons Gift Vouchers.
Unwanted fresh or frozen product returns
Once the controlled conditions are broken, particularly in regard to temperature, there are a number of external factors outside of our control which might affect the quality of the product. Therefore, unless the product is faulty we can not accept return of these products.
No refunds or exchanges will be offered on medicines unless they are faulty.
No exchanges or refunds are given on 200 or 100 packs of cigarettes.
No refunds or exchanges are possible with regards to National Lottery purchases.
Defective products returned within 12 / 24 months (as stated in guarantee) of purchase with receipt will be eligible for an exchange or refund. We would advise that electrical goods are returned back to the store where purchased as not all Morrisons stores stock electrical goods and they may be unable to exchange.

Unfortunately we don't have a list; however, on all our pre-packed products you will find this information in the allergen advice box. We would advise that anyone with allergies or special dietary needs do not consume products from our open counters.
